Love

Communication

Few can share unspoken communication.

Usually words and verbalization are needed between two.

Unless, of course, the two are in such perfect harmony that words are unnecessary.

Merely a look from you said volumes.

A glance from me was sufficient.

Heart to heart communication is a gift from God.

Tasting the salt of the other’s tears is a communion of spirits.

Even unspoken communication can be shattered by silence.

Newly Created

Why do we understand one another so well,

when, after all, we have just met?

Or is it

That we have just met?

I feel we have known each other well,

since time began,

when newly created sparks of essence flew about.

Light responded to Light

and like took like.

We met.

ME

You once had a precious flower

that loved you and thrived.

Petal by petal, you pulled;

till that flower died.

Embers

You have stirred the embers of my soul,

causing flickers of emotion

to flash the past before me,

Rekindling a fire, long ago dimmed.

How warm the fire,

How beautiful the love.

YOU

I remember,

That look that melted the icicles from the shadows of my emotions,

The joy that leaped within my innermost self -- when  Soul touched Soul,

The laughter, shared, that bubbled up within,

exploding into ripples of vibration,

The closeness, the touch that tingled,

like a sparkling drink of imported champagne,

The voice that lead my heart to the Peak of rapture's mountain,

The knowing of a blest relationship, one of eons old.

A Puzzle

What does love mean to you?

"I love you," the Big I in me said.

"Wow, she loves me." the little i

in him thought.

Cosmic Love turned personal.

How does one differentiate

between love cosmic and love personal,

especially when one's emotions are "caught up"

in a basic need?

The Workings of God's Plan

Do you know how God works in our lives?

If we'd only  open our eyes and see how neatly all things fall into place.

Nothing happens by coincidence.

Each little action has its individual meaning,

a needed piece in the puzzle of life.

Day by day, we  look at the pieces, wondering will it ever fit together.

While deep inside the puzzle has already been put together.

We just need to listen to that Inner Guidance, and see how easily,

happily, beautifully our puzzle becomes TOGETHER.
